Dodge & Burn Nightscape Images with Luminosity Masking

I put together a short tutorial on using luminosity masking to really enhance your dodge & burn layer for nightscape image post processing. I'm using Adobe Photoshop with Raya Pro 4 and ProPanel. This will really add depth to you nightscape images.
