Pisgah Forest Campfire
Sometimes I wonder if the weekend trips we take are worth the time spent. It's often 3-4 hours of driving and an hour setting up camp only to reverse the process a short time later. When we leave on Saturday it seems like I spend more time traveling and setting up than enjoying being in a place. Then I pause and remember moments like these.

Hanging out by a warm campfire on a cold fall evening under the stars. We didn't catch any fish but the boys had fun trying non the less. I was able to get some night sky, waterfall and fall color images. Life isn't about working or staring at Tik Toks on your phone, it's about experiences like this. Memories last a lifetime, get out there and make so
A short time-lapse of our campfire, the clouds slowly clearing and the stars moving across the night sky.
